AH2-14c
AH2-14c is an inhibitor for DNA demethylase ALKBH2. AH2-14c inhibits the cell viability (IC50 is 4.56 µM) and migration of GBM U87. AH2-14c regulates the expression of apoptosis-related genes, and induces apoptosis in GBM U87 cell[1].
