Indirect immunostaining of a formaldehyde fixed mouse spleen section with rat anti-FoxP3 antibody (cat. no. HS-491 017, dilution 1 : 500, red) and rabbit anti-CD4 antibody (cat. no. HS-360 108, dilution 1 : 100, green) . Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue) . Antigen retrieval (10mM citrate, pH 6.0, overnight at 60°C) has been applied before staining.
