Rhodady C10
Rhodady C10 (Compound C10) is a dynamin I GTPase inhibitor. Rhodady C10 blocks receptor-mediated endocytosis (IC50: 7 μM) . Dynamin is involved in clathrin-independent endocytosis, phagocytosis, and caveolae internalization[1].
