Suchilactone
Suchilactone (Jatrophan) is a lignan extracted from Monsonia angustifolia E.Mey. Suchilactone binds to SHP2 and inhibits SHP2 activation, thereby inhibiting ERK-mediated cell proliferation. Suchilactone can be ued in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) [1].
