Antidiabetic agent 6 (Compound 19) is an antidiabetic Agent. Antidiabetic agent 6 stimulates GLUT4 translocation by activation of the PI3K/AKT-dependent signaling pathway. Antidiabetic agent 6 reduces blood glucose levels in Streptozotocin (HY-13753) -induced diabetic rats[1].
