This detergent is also used in washing buffer from 0.5- 0.1% in all immunoassays (ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Blot assays and others) to reduce background. Assay Principle

For diluting antibodies use approximately 1:400 (1 ml into 399 ml) or more dilution. As washing buffer use 1:150 (1 ml into 149 ml buffer) or 1:300 (1 ml into 299 ml).
