Neuraminidase-IN-20 (Compound 5i) is a potent inhibitor of mutant neuraminidase (NA) (H5N1-H274Y) (IC50= 0.44 μM) .Neuraminidase-IN-20 binds to the 430 cavity site of NA and disrupts the enzymatic activity of NA[1].
