Caerin 1.1 TFA is a host defense peptide isolated from the glandular secretions of the Australian tree frog Litoria. Caerin 1.1 TFA inhibits HeLa cell proliferation and mediates apoptosis. Caerin 1.1 TFA may enhance adaptive T cell immune responses[1].
