UM4118 is a copper ionophore that can initiate a mitochondrial-based noncanonical form of cell death known as cuproptosis. UM4118 exhibits high sensitivity in SF3B1-mutated and adverse risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and can be used for AML research[1].
