EZH2-IN-21 is a potent inhibitor of the histone lysine methyltransferase enhancer of zeste homologue 2 (EZH2) with anticancer activity. EZH2-IN-21 is competitive with the cofactor SAM and noncompetitive with peptide or nucleosome substrates[1].
