Neramexane (mesylate)
Neramexane mesylate is an α9α10 cholinergic nicotinic receptors and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors (NMDA) antagonist. Neramexane mesylate can improve moderate to severe tinnitus, and also shows neuroprotective effects[1][1].
