DiABZI-4

DiABZI-4 is an oral active STING agonist with broad-spectrum antiviral activity. diABZI-4 induces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and lymphocyte activation by activating STING, thereby inhibiting the replication of influenza A virus (IAV), SARS-CoV-2, and human rhinovirus (HRV), with an EC50 range of 11.8-199 nM[1][2].
