BET BD2-IN-3 (compound I-58) is an inhibitor of BET, targeting the BD2 domain of BET. BET BD2-IN-3 can be radiolabeled with [11C] for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. BET [11C]BD2-IN-3 showed suitable biodistribution in peripheral organs and tissues in PET applications in mice[1].
