The antibody was isolated from ascitic by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.

1 mg/ml, liquid in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol, 0.02% Sodium Azide

Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.

By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with Pig IgG. No antibody was detected against non immunoglobulin serum proteins.
