Olokizumab Antibody
Olokizumab (CDP-6038) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-6 (IL-6) . It inhibits rheumatoid arthritis pathogenesis by selectively preventing the final assembly of the IL-6 signaling complex. This mechanism has been validated in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo animal models of inflammatory disease.
