Parsatuzumab (RG 7414) is a humanized anti-EGFL7 monoclonal antibody that inhibits EGFL7-endothelial cell interactions and VEGF activity. It has been investigated preclinically and in clinical trials, including for colorectal cancer, to study angiogenesis and tumor growth.
