Tildrakizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-23 p19 subunit with high affinity (Kd 136 pM) . It is a research tool for investigating the pathogenesis of psoriasis and has been utilized in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo preclinical models of autoimmune inflammation.
