Seribantumab Antibody
Seribantumab (MM-121) is a humanized anti-HER3 monoclonal antibody that blocks NRG1-mediated signaling, suppressing growth in breast and lung cancer models with NRG1 alterations and inducing apoptosis in specific cell lines. It has been investigated in both in vitro and in vivo studies for targeting HER3-dependent cancers.
