Drozitumab (PRO 95780) is a fully human anti-DR5 agonistic antibody that induces apoptosis. It has demonstrated anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies of rhabdomyosarcoma and is a research tool for investigating triple-negative breast cancer in both in vitro and in vivo models.
