Tesidolumab (LFG316) is a fully human anti-C5 monoclonal antibody that inhibits C5 cleavage, preventing membrane attack complex formation. It is a research tool for studying complement-mediated pathologies, including extravascular hemolysis, in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
