Tucotuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting EpCAM (CD326), an antigen overexpressed on many epithelial tumors and cancer stem cells. It is primarily used to generate the immunoconjugate tucotuzumab celmoleukin for research into targeted cancer therapies, with applications in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo preclinical models.
