Tebentafusp Antibody
Tebentafusp (IMCgp100) is a bispecific protein that redirects T-cells to gp100-expressing tumor cells. It has demonstrated anti-tumor activity in clinical research for metastatic uveal melanoma, inducing T-cell activation, cytokine release, and cytotoxicity in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
