Dostarlimab Antibody
Dostarlimab (TSR-042) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the PD-1 immune checkpoint. By inhibiting PD-1 interactions with its ligands, it reactivates T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity. It is widely used in preclinical and clinical research, particularly in endometrial cancer, for both in vitro mechanistic studies and in vivo efficacy models.
