Elezanumab (ABT-555) is a high-affinity human monoclonal antibody targeting RGMa, potently inhibiting RGMa-mediated BMP/SMAD1/5/8 signaling. It has demonstrated neuroprotective and axonal regenerative effects in preclinical models of spinal cord injury and demyelination, promoting corticospinal tract sprouting and serotonergic innervation.
