Enavatuzumab (PDL192) is a humanized anti-TWEAKR monoclonal antibody with anti-tumor activity. It functions by recruiting and activating myeloid effector cells to mediate tumor cell killing, and it has been investigated in preclinical in vivo and in vitro studies for late-stage solid tumors.
