Neihulizumab Antibody
Neihulizumab (ALTB-168) is a human CD162 (PSGL-1) targeting agonistic antibody that induces apoptosis in activated T cells. It is clinically investigated for immune disorders including steroid-refractory acute GVHD, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis, with supporting in vitro and in vivo research data.
