Tepoditamab Antibody
Tepoditamab (MCLA-117) is a CLEC12A x CD3 bispecific antibody that redirects T cells to eliminate acute myeloid leukemia (AML) stem and progenitor cells. Its application in AML research includes studies of T-cell mediated cytotoxicity in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
