Sonelokimab Antibody
Sonelokimab (ALX 0761) is a trivalent nanobody therapeutic candidate that simultaneously inhibits the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-17A and IL-17F. It is being investigated for the treatment of plaque psoriasis, with research encompassing both in vitro mechanistic studies and in vivo preclinical models of autoimmune disease.
