Asunercept Antibody
Asunercept (APG101; CAN008) is a soluble CD95-Fc fusion protein that selectively inhibits CD95/CD95L signaling. It is being investigated in preclinical and clinical research for applications in glioblastoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, and graft-versus-host disease, with studies demonstrating activity in both in vitro and in vivo models.
