Cantuzumab ravtansine Antibody
Cantuzumab ravtansine (IMGN242) is a CanAg-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of the huC242 monoclonal antibody linked to the cytotoxic maytansinoid DM4. It has demonstrated potent antitumor activity in preclinical studies, including efficacy against CanAg-positive human tumor xenograft models in vivo.
