Tomaralimab (OPN-305) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody designed to inhibit Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) . It is a research tool for investigating myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), with applications in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo preclinical models to study TLR2-mediated immune signaling.
