Tarlatamab Antibody
Tarlatamab (AMG-757) is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody targeting DLL3 on small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells and CD3 on T-cells. It demonstrates high affinity in both human and non-human primate models. This first-in-class agent is a promising immuno-oncology candidate for research in SCLC, with applications in studying its mechanism and efficacy in vitro and in vivo.
