Ozoralizumab (ATN-103) is a humanized, bispecific nanobody that inhibits TNFα and binds serum albumin to extend half-life. It is a research tool for studying rheumatoid arthritis pathogenesis and has been utilized in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo animal models of inflammatory disease.
