Pacanalotamab Antibody
Pacanalotamab (AMG 420; BI-836909) is a BCMA/CD3 bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that directs cytotoxic T cells to eliminate BCMA-expressing multiple myeloma cells. Its research applications include in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo studies in xenograft models to investigate therapeutic potential for multiple myeloma.
