Cusatuzumab Antibody
Cusatuzumab (ARGX-110) is an enhanced human monoclonal antibody targeting CD70. It inhibits the CD70/CD27 signaling axis and mediates the elimination of CD70-positive leukemic stem cells (LSCs), as demonstrated in both in vitro studies and in vivo xenograft models. This makes it a relevant tool for oncology research, particularly in studying acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other CD70-expressing malignancies.
