Fremanezumab Antibody
Fremanezumab is a humanized anti-CGRP monoclonal antibody for migraine prophylaxis research. It potently neutralizes CGRP across species, inhibiting its vasodilatory effects in vivo and suppressing meningeal nociceptive neuron activation in rat CSD models. In vitro, it also counteracts CGRP-mediated immunosuppression on microglia and lymphocytes.
