Moxetumomab is an anti-CD22 monoclonal antibody used to create the antibody-drug conjugate Moxetumomab pasudotox. This ADC is a research tool for studying hairy cell leukaemia (HCL), with applications in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo preclinical models to investigate targeted therapy mechanisms.
