IgY was purified from the egg yolks of unimmunized hens. The IgY was conjugated to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) -activated agarose beads.

Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.3 with 0.05% sodium azide

Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
