A donkey was immunized with purified chicken IgY. Anti-IgY Fc was isolated from immune sera using affinity chromatography and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) -activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
