Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal mouse IgG. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti- (Fab) 2 fraction was immunoaffinity- purified and conjugated to fluroscein isothiocyanate.
