Cemiplimab Antibody
Cemiplimab is a human anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody and checkpoint inhibitor used in cancer research. It functions by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction to restore T-cell activity, enabling its application in both in vitro immune cell assays and in vivo studies for metastatic and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
