Semorinemab Antibody
Semorinemab (RG6100) is a humanized monoclonal antibody designed for Alzheimer's disease research, targeting the N-terminal domain of tau with high affinity (Kd 3.8 nM) . It binds all six human tau isoforms and has been shown in preclinical studies to reduce pathological tau accumulation in both cellular and animal models.
