IgY was purified from the egg yolks of unimmunized hens. The IgY was conjugated to fluoroscein isothiocyanate.

Phosphate buffered saline, 50% glycerol with 0.075% sodium azide

Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
