Cabiralizumab Antibody
Cabiralizumab (FPA 008) is an anti-CSF1R monoclonal antibody that enhances antitumor immunity by promoting T cell infiltration and inhibiting osteoclast-mediated bone destruction. It has been studied in rheumatoid arthritis research and investigated in immune-oncology, including in vivo and in vitro studies for lung cancer in combination with checkpoint inhibitors.
