Clervonafusp alfa Antibody
Clervonafusp alfa (VAL-1221) is a dual-targeting fusion protein therapeutic candidate for Pompe disease research. It combines a cell-penetrating Fab for cytosolic glycogen clearance via ENT-2 with recombinant human GAA for lysosomal degradation via M6PRs. This mechanism has been investigated in both cellular models and in vivo studies for late-onset Pompe disease.
