Runimotamab is a humanized chimeric IgG1-κ antibody designed for research, targeting both CD3 on T-cells and HER2 on tumor cells. It is used in preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies to investigate bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) therapies for HER2-positive cancers.
