Vatelizumab is a humanized anti-Integrin α2β1 (VLA-2) monoclonal antibody. It promotes regulatory T cell expansion through p38 MAPK signaling and is utilized in multiple sclerosis research, including in vitro T cell studies and in vivo experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) models.
