Brolucizumab (DLX1008) is a high-affinity, single-chain anti-VEGF-A antibody fragment for research. It potently inhibits VEGF-A to suppress pathological angiogenesis and vascular permeability, supporting in vitro and in vivo studies in ophthalmology, particularly for neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD) .
