Osemitamab (TST001) is a humanized anti-claudin-18.2 monoclonal antibody. Its research applications include in vitro ADCC assays and in vivo xenograft models for studying gastric, pancreatic, and lung cancers, as it mediates NK cell-dependent cytotoxicity against CLDN18.2-expressing tumor cells.
