Anzurstobart Antibody
Anzurstobart is a high-affinity anti-SIRPα antibody that blocks the CD47-SIRPα axis to promote macrophage phagocytosis. It synergizes with Rituximab to enhance killing of DLBCL cell lines in vitro and shows promise in preclinical models of hematologic and solid tumors.
